Practising yoga nidra involves lying down and breathing deeply while following my cues
No headstand or handstand practice, just learning to relax and restore
No hurrying or performance, just tuning into the superpowers that already are within us
All you need to do is to give yourself the permission to do nothing
permission to do nothing
Like yoga itself, Yoga Nidra is both a process and state
It is a set of techniques to help people get into the state of consciousness between waking and sleeping
Yoga Nidra literally means “Yogic Sleep” and is a nourishing and relaxing practice
