They are genuinely more relaxed and informal than large classes in packed yoga studios
You do not have to be intimidated by other students who might be more flexible or advanced than you are, as you get to practice from the comfort of your own home
This option is perfect for those who want that extra bit of attention and motivation to kick start their yoga journey or take it to the next level
Whether you are very busy and need to make the most of your time, or have a unique schedule and the studio times do not work for, you my private yoga sessions will allow you to find a time that fits perfectly into your schedule
